We had an interesting, and fairly lengthy discussion. Among the topics we discussed.Daniel Jones and Dwayne Haskins. Interestingly, Meringolo was more optimistic about Jones’ future and more supportive of the Giants’ decision to select him at No. 6 than you might think.Bruce Allen and Dave Gettleman. Let’s just say Meringolo would prefer Gettleman to Allen as a decision-maker.Landon Collins. We had a fairly spirited discussion about whether or not the Redskins overpaid the former Giant. Hint — they did.Ereck Flowers. Meringolo seems to understand no matter what his position, Flowers playing in games would be bad for Washington.Montez Sweat. Meringolo is thrilled that the Giants passed on him at No. 17, leaving him for the Redskins late in Round 1.Give the full show a listen below.Where to subscribeYou can find and subscribe to Big Blue View radio from the show’s home page. You can find all the shows on our Big Blue View Radio Hub Page. You can also find the shows and subscribe on all your favorite podcast apps:Apple Podcasts | Google Podcasts | Pocket Casts | Spotify | Stitcher | RSSFinally, be sure to check out the home page for all of the shows across the expanding Vox Media Podcast Network.
